We have reduced our product range at this time to make sure that we have everything items in stock. Due to the current circumstances we are unable to make any crackers but please get in touch with any queries.

We aim to dispatch within one day if possible but up to three days to reduce trips to the post office, with all orders posted 1st class. Thanks in advance for your patience at this time, our posties are doing a wonderful job!

Unfortunately at this time we cannot deliver to outside of the UK.

If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us within 14 days at hello@thehandmadecrackercompany.co.uk to notify us of your wish to return your order. Items must be returned undamaged. Please include the original delivery note or a note with your name and address and obtain proof of postage when posting. We are unable to accept returns of custom items unless faulty and do not cover return postage costs.
